Information we collect

We collect installation identifiers, app and device information, usage events, Search text, IP addresses, approximate location, and diagnostic information. Session Replay records screenshots and interactions within ChampionsDex, including displayed text and images. Installation identifiers link activity from the same installation.

Our website processes IP addresses and technical request information. If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and attachments.

How information is used and shared

We use information to understand app use, improve the product, investigate problems, provide support, and operate and protect the website.

We share information with providers of analytics, Session Replay, diagnostics, AI analysis, website hosting and security, and email services. AI analysis may process identifiable app data. Website security providers may use network information across the sites they serve to protect and improve their services.

We do not use app activity for targeted advertising or advertising measurement, or send it to data brokers. Providers process information in the United States and other countries, where data-protection laws may differ.

Retention

Session Replay recordings have a 30-day retention period. Other app usage data has no automatic deletion deadline. We keep it for analysis and troubleshooting until it is no longer needed or we delete it in response to an applicable request. We keep support messages while needed to handle requests and maintain related records. Legal obligations may require longer retention.

Privacy requests

Email support@championsdex.io to request an opt-out from analytics and Session Replay or ask about your information.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your information, and to restrict or object to its use. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to your local data-protection authority.

We may need information to verify your request and locate records. Your email address does not automatically identify your app installation or history.
